1. Core mechanism of dual security protection
The dual safety protection of the adjustable vertical hanging iron machine is achieved through the cooperation of a thermostat (intelligent temperature control system) and a thermal fuse (overheating protection device), which respectively ensure the safety of the equipment and users from two dimensions: active adjustment and passive melting
Thermostat: Real time monitoring of heating module temperature, dynamically adjusting power to maintain set temperature (such as 60 ° C for silk and 98 ° C for cotton and linen), to avoid clothing damage or equipment dry burning caused by high temperature.
Thermal fuse: When the thermostat fails or the circuit is abnormal (such as voltage mutation, heat dissipation failure) causing the temperature to exceed the safe threshold (usually set at 120 ° C-150 ° C), the circuit will automatically melt, completely cutting off the power supply and preventing the risk of fire.
2. Collaborative workflow with dual protection
Scenario simulation: Taking continuous ironing of heavy cotton clothes at high temperature (98 ° C) as an example:
Thermostat active temperature control:
The heating module continues to operate, and when the steam temperature approaches 98 ° C, the thermostat reduces the heating power and enters the insulation state.
If the water level in the water tank is insufficient and causes local dry burning, the thermostat will immediately trigger a shutdown and alert (such as the indicator light flashing).
Passive melting of thermal fuses:
If the thermostat fails to shut down and the temperature continues to rise to 120 ° C, the metal plate of the thermal fuse will deform due to heat, physically cutting off the circuit and forcibly terminating the heating.
